SaaS

Squid platform では、application を business で既に使用している SaaS application に接続できます。これらの service と integrate することで、AI-driven automation により workflow の自動化、process の効率化、productivity の向上を実現できます。​

SaaS Application に接続する理由​

多くの business は、communication、project management、CRM、support などに複数の SaaS tool を使用しています。これらの service を手動で管理することは time-consuming で非効率的になる可能性があります。Squid を SaaS application に接続すると、以下を実現できます。

仕組み​

Connection を Authorize する: domain name や API key などの standard connection credential を指定して SaaS connector を setup します。各 connector には unique setup process があります。詳細については documentation で目的の connector を確認するか、追加 support が必要な場合はお問い合わせください。

SaaS connector を AI agent の ability に追加する: AI agent が SaaS connector と interaction できるようにし、data の query、ticket の作成、notification の送信などの task を実行できるようにします。ability の詳細については、AI Agent Studio documentationを参照してください。

AI-Driven Automation を使用する: AI agent と interaction すると、agent は request された action を実行するための適切な SaaS connector を自動的に trigger します。
