Connectors are a powerful capability because they enable you to connect to existing services without migrating them to Squid. Use your connectors as resources for your Squid AI agents:

  • Provide context to your AI agent to respond to prompts using custom internal information not otherwise available to the large language model (LLM).
  • Pull relevant information on the fly from databases, APIs, and CRMs, like customer information and order history.
  • Connect your internal support messaging channels to your AI agent to find useful conversations that aid your support team in handling customer support issues.
